"1) Handle Employee Onboarding Formalities 2) Conduct Induction for new employees 3) Handle Employee Exit formalities 4) HRMS tool management 5) Oversee the Payroll Processing 6) Initiating the discussion and disbursing Bonus to eligible employees 7) Audit the Helpdesk tickets 8) Policy Documentation - New/Existing amendments 9) Conducting regular RnR events 10) Cultural activities - Festivals, Outing, Team Lunch/Dinner 11) Approval and disbursement of Reimbursements 12) Regular one-to-one meetings with employees 13) Foster a healthy and safe work environment 14) Improve ties between management and employees by responding to requests and grievances 15) Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations 16) Organize the training and development calendar for the organization"
